We’re excited to invite you to be part of Branches at the Carnegie’s 1st Annual Holiday Fundraiser: Christmas at the Carnegie — a festive community event to raise funds for affordable space rentals in the historic Carnegie Library. 

Become a Christmas Tree Sponsor for just $150 and enjoy: 

  • A chance to decorate your own themed tree 

  • Entry in our Tree Decorating Contest to win 24-hour rental at the Carnegie! ($300value) 

  • Tree featured in our Silent Auction to support our mission 

  • Option to donate or keep your tree after the event

  • Your business/organization/group will be recognized on your tree, in event materials, social media and throughout the evening.

  • Local artist’s Spirit of the Season art gallery & judging 

  • Santa photos and storytime for kids & families 

  • Garden s’mores by the fire ring & holiday lights 

  • Hot Chocolate & Hot Toddy Bar by the fire ring

  • Cost: $150 per tree, trees will be provided and are natural untrimmed evergreens

  • Limited Amount of trees available

  • Provide your own decorations 

  • Set-up times: Sat Nov 29 9am–3pm or Sun Nov 30 9am–12pm 

  • Event: Sunday, Nov. 30, 4–8 PM 

  • Fill out Sponsor Form (pdf) and return by Nov. 24. 2025
